La stagione 2019 si \u00e8 presentata particolarmente calda e con buone precipitazioni, indispensabili per garantire un\u2019ottima annata. Da queste premesse la vendemmia \u00e8 stata regolare: fine settembre.<\/p>\n

Le uve raccolte manualmente, dopo una accurata selezione in vigneto, vengono trasferite all\u2019interno della pigia-diraspatrice, separando cos\u00ec gli acini dai raspi. Successivamente in vasca si ha la fermentazione alcolica con lieviti selezionati ad una temperatura di 28\u00b0 C. La macerazione sulle bucce ha una durata di circa 15 giorni con 2 rimontaggi chiusi e uno ad aria fino a fine fermentazione.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
